Isaac Dabah, CEO + Vice Chair

Isaac Dabah has served as Delta Galil’s Chief Executive Officer since August 2008, and as vice chair of the board of directors since November 2005. Mr. Dabah was also appointed to the board of directors of Delta Galil’s subsidiary, Delta Israel Brands Ltd., at its formation in December 2020.

Mr. Dabah has served as Executive Director of GMM Capital LLC, one of our principal shareholders, since January 2005. Previously, Mr. Dabah was CEO of the Denim Division of Jones Apparel Group from 2003 to 2004. From 1993 to 2003, he was CEO of Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel, which was acquired by Jones Apparel Group in 2002.

In 2014, Mr. Dabah was named “Business Leader of the Year” by Calcalist, a leading financial newspaper based in Israel. Mr. Dabah was also awarded an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree by the University of Haifa in August 2021.

Mr. Dabah studied business at Baruch College in New York.

Yaniv Benedek, CFO

Yaniv Benedek has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Delta Galil since October 2024.

Benedek initially joined Delta Galil in 2011 as an accountant and has since held several key roles, including Vice President of Global Taxation and Company Secretary. In 2021, he was promoted to CFO of Delta Israel Brands, where he managed the entire financial operations, economic department, treasury, and the company's legal activities. During his tenure, Benedek played a significant role in developing business strategies, negotiating acquisitions, and securing international brand licenses.

Mr. Benedek holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Sonja Balodis, CEO, Schiesser Group

Sonja Balodis was appointed CEO of SCHIESSER Group in March 2025, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the fashion and apparel industry.

As CEO of comma, she led the brand to become one of the Top 10 in the modern mainstream womenswear segment, achieving double-digit annual EBIT growth for over 12 years. She was also a Managing Director at Marc Cain and most recently served as Chief Product Officer at s.Oliver Group, overseeing womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear.

She brings deep expertise in brand management and a strong track record in developing and executing corporate and brand strategies.

Sonja holds a degree in Apparel Engineering from Niederrhein University and is a member of the Executive Female Leaders Club.

Anat Bogner, CEO, Delta Israel

Anat Bogner has served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Israel since 2018. She joined Delta Galil as Vice President of Brands in 2015.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, Ms. Bogner held various positions at Israeli retailer Golf & Co. from 2007 to 2014 and at department store chain Hamashbir Lazarchan before that.

Ms. Bogner holds a bachelor of law from Tel Aviv University.

Iric L. Browndorf, EVP, Global Sourcing & Production

Iric Browndorf has served as Executive Vice President of global sourcing and production for Delta Galil since 2016.

From 1996 to 2016, Mr. Browndorf served in various roles at Global Brands Group, a subsidiary of the Fung Group, most recently as Executive Vice President of global sourcing and manufacturing. Prior to this, Mr. Browndorf held leadership positions at Li & Fung USA and Regatta USA.

Mr. Browndorf holds a BA in communications from Arizona State University.

Ohad Cohn, President, Delta Galil UK, Branded Socks, and Men's Underwear

Ohad Cohn has served as the President of Delta Galil UK, Branded Socks, and Men’s Underwear since 2006.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, Mr. Cohn held various positions at Daymon Worldwide, as Business Manager of Private Brand development at Sainsbury's UK, as Regional Sales Development Manager at Kraft Foods, and as Brand Manager at Unilever.

Mr. Cohn has served as a board director of Twine Solutions Ltd. since June 2023.

Mr. Cohn holds a BA in business administration from Regents University in London, and an MBA in international marketing from the University of Manchester.

Paul Gelb, General Counsel + Chief Administrative Officer

Paul Gelb has served as Delta Galil USA’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer since 2021.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, he was a partner in the Los Angeles office of the national law firm Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP.

Mr. Gelb holds both a BA and a JD from Columbia University. He is a member of the California bar.

Sacha Gomez de Zamora, President, 7 For All Mankind

Sacha Gomez de Zamora has served as Global President of 7 For All Mankind since November 2023

He has worked at 7 For All Mankind since 2009 in various roles, including Vice President of Wholesale and International Business Development, Sr Director of Wholesale and Product, and Sr Director of Sales. Before that he worked as Sales Director in Burberry Ltd.

Mr. Gomez de Zamora holds a BA in managerial and administrative studies from Aston University, UK.

Antonio Iandolo, CEO, Eminence Group

Antonio Iandolo has served as Chief Executive Officer of Eminence since July 2022.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, Mr. Iandolo spent 25 years in the intimate apparel business, most recently as Vice President of Hanes Europe Innerwear from 2018 to 2022, where he led marketing, design, innovation, market intelligence, and corporate social responsibility, and had global responsibility for the DIM, Nurdie, and Lovable brands, and European leadership of intimates and socks for Playtex, Wonderbra and Champion. Mr. Iandolo has held various strategic management positions at DB Apparels, DIM and Sara Lee across various regions, including France, Germany, Italy, BeNeLux, the Iberian Peninsula and South Africa. Mr. Iandolo began his career at Procter & Gamble as a marketer and consumer knowledge leader.

Mr. Iandolo holds a degree cum laude in Political Science from Luiss University in Rome.

Miki Laxer, VP, Corporate Finance

Miki Laxer is Delta Galil’s Vice President of corporate finance. He has worked at Delta Galil since 1999 in various roles, including Vice President of accounting and Secretary, Chief Comptroller and Secretary, Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary and Deputy Accountant.

Mr. Laxer holds both a BA and an MBA in accounting and business education from Tel Aviv College of Management & Academic Studies. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Isr.

Steve Moore, President, Mass Division

Steve Moore has served as President of Delta Galil's Mass Division since 2019.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, Mr. Moore was Vice President of sales at Gildan Activewear from 2016 to 2019. From 1992 to 2016, he held various roles at Hanesbrands, most recently as Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Moore holds a BA in supply chain management from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.

Adi Nov, CIO

Adi Nov has served as Chief Information Officer of Delta Galil since July 2021.

Mr. Nov served as CIO at Keter from 2017 to 2021, Osem Nestle from 2016 to 2017, and Tempo Beverages Ltd. from 2012 to 2016. He held various IT roles at Strauss Group Inc. from 2002 to 2012.

Mr. Nov holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Inbar Schwartz, SVP, Director of Business Development

Inbar Schwartz has served as Delta Galil’s Senior Vice President of business development since 2014.

From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Schwartz was a Senior Vice President at Tene Investment Funds. Prior to this, Ms. Schwartz practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Debevoise & Plimpton. From 2009 to 2014, Ms. Schwartz served on the board of Fishman Thermo Technologies.

Ms. Schwartz holds a BA from Columbia University and a JD from Harvard Law School. She was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship in 1995.

Michal Segal, SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Michal Segal has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Delta Galil since January 2023.

Prior to joining Delta Galil, Ms. Segal spent 24 years in human capital management as a strategic business partner--both as a consultant and in various global in-house HR roles. Her most recent corporate role was as Vice President of Human Resources at IDE Technologies.

Prior to this, she held various roles at Strauss Group, Amdocs and several consultancies spanning EMEA, US, LATAM, Israel, the Far East and India.

Ms. Segal holds a BA in Economics and Sociology & Anthropology and an MA in Organizational Studies from The Hebrew University.

Gil Shimon, President, Global Upper Market Division

Gil Shimon has served as President of Delta Galil’s Global Upper Market division since 2017.

From 2012 to 2017, Mr. Shimon served as CEO of Tefron Ltd. From 1992 to 2011, Mr. Shimon served in various roles at Delta Galil, most recently as CEO of the Seamless and Socks division.

Mr. Shimon holds a BA in economics and business administration from the University of Haifa.

Gloria Wendum, President, Splendid

Gloria Wendum has served as President of Splendid since 2017.

Previously, she led the kids division of Delta Israel.

Ms. Wendum holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
