Isaac Dabah has served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. since August 20th, 2008. Previously he was a shareholder. Mr. Dabah is a highly experienced apparel industry professional, active in the field for over 30 years. After having held a number of positions in the industry, Mr. Dabah acquired Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel Corp in 1993. Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel was later sold to Jones Apparel Group for $154MM plus debt in 2002, and Mr. Dabah remained with the company as Chief Executive Officer. In late 2003, Mr. Dabah was promoted to the position of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Jones Apparel Group Jeanswear Division, which comprised of the brands Polo Jeans, Gloria Vanderbilt and L.E.I., totaling over $1.2B in annual sales. Mr. Dabah left the Jones Apparel Group on December 31st, 2004, to manage the family resources and pursue other investment opportunities. He is currently a Director of GMM Capital LLC., a private equity fund managing his family assets. GMM invests in real estate, retail and apparel companies as well as publicly traded equities and hedge funds. Mr. Dabah lives in Israel and New York.
Mr. Hajaj was nominated to Deputy CEO, EVP & Head of Global Operations in August 2015. Mr. Hajaj has been serving as Delta Galil’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Market Risk Management since 2004. Prior was the company’s accountant and secretary. Mr. Hajaj has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Avital joined Delta Galil in 1998 as Deputy IT Manager. In 2008 he was promoted to his current position as IT Manager. Mr. Avital holds a certificate of Practical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Laxer has been serving as Delta Galil’s Accountant and Secretary since 2004 and as Deputy Accountant since 1999 when he joined Delta Galil. Mr. Laxer is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Business Education from the Tel Aviv College of Management.
Mrs. Maoz has been serving as Delta Galil’s SVP Chief Marketing and Strategic Development, 2003. Prior to that, she held the position of Manager at Delta New York. Mrs. Maoz completed her Marketing Certificate studies at Haifa University.
In the Past worked in HR management at the Strauss Group and her last position was SVP Human Resources at Ness Technologies. Einat is an MBA Graduate from the Ben Gurion University and a certified professional coach.
Mr. Reznik, who most recently was CEO and a Director of Maidenform, Inc., is an experienced apparel and consumer products executive with a track record of driving growth and deep expertise in brand management, strategic planning, product development, customer and supplier relationships, and worldwide sourcing. He is credited with establishing Maidenform as a leader in product innovation, especially in the specialized bra and shapewear categories, which are key segments that Delta Galil has targeted for growth. Prior to joining Maidenform, from 1994 to 1998, Mr. Reznik was President of Warner’s Intimate Apparel Group, North America, a division of Warnaco (now PVH). Earlier, he held leadership roles at VF Corporation and Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Reznik serves on numerous boards of directors, including Movado and KapStone Paper and Packaging. Among his charitable activities, he is a Co-Founder of For the Love of Life Colon Cancer Foundation, which benefits colon cancer research at Sloan Kettering, is on the board of Queens College and is on the parent leadership council of Shatterproof, dedicated to reducing the impact of addiction on families across America
Inbar Schwartz is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School (Cum Laude). Inbar was granted a Fulbright Fellowship from the US government. She spent eight years as a practicing attorney in Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Debevoise & Plimpton in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. Inbar joined Tene Growth Capital in 2007 as a Senior Vice President where she was responsible for executing transactions, growing companies and exiting companies. Inbar currently sits on the board of Fishman Thermo Technologies.
Mr. Shwimmer has been serving as Head of Delta Israel Segment since 2011. Prior to Joining Delta Galil Mr. Shwimmer served as CEO of Lalin Candles and Soap Ltd. and Manager of Fox, Israel Mr. Shwimmer holds a BA in Business Administration from the Peres Academic Center.
Mr. Jacob Heen joined Delta in 2015 as CFO. Mr. Heen comes with deep financial management experience, having served as CFO of Tnuva Food Industries, Israel’s leading food products group. During his tenure, he was responsible for preparing the company for an IPO and its eventual acquisition. Also, Mr. Heen served as CFO at Cellcom, Israel’s largest telecommunications company. Mr. Heen holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Business Administration, both from Bar-Ilan University.
Iric Browndorf was appointed EVP Global Sourcing & Production for Delta Galil on August 1st, 2016. Mr. Browndorf is a highly experienced apparel sourcing executive with over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Delta Galil, Mr. Browndorf spent 20 years working for the Fung Group, most recently as EVP of Global Sourcing & Manufacturing for the Global Brands Group, where his deep expertise in Global Sourcing, Textiles, Product Development and Supply Chain Management contributed to the growth of the Apparel Division. Earlier in his career with the Fung Group, he held leadership positions for LF USA and Regatta USA. Mr. Browndorf has a BA in Communications from Arizona State University.
Mr. Shimon rejoins Delta after working for the Company for nearly twenty years (1992 – 2011), the last four of which he served as Manager of the Socks and Seamfree business units. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Tefron Ltd., which manufactures intimate apparel globally. Mr. Shimon is a graduate of Haifa University with a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration.
