As a previous Delta Galil Industries Ltd. Shareholder, with over thirty years of experience in the apparel industry, Mr. Dabah accepted the title of Chief Executive Officer in August 2008. Since his nomination he has made a significant change in the Company, changing its growth strategy and bringing it to approx. 1.5 $Billion, making Delta Galil one of the world's leading textile companies, which includes the brands Schiesser, 7 For All Man Kind, Eminence and more. For his great achievement he was awarded by Calcalist, one of Israel's distinguished business newspaper, Business Man of the Year. Among his noteworthy accomplishments in the past is the acquisition of Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel Corp in 1993, which was then sold to Jones Apparel Group. Mr. Dabah stayed on as Chief Executive Officer and in 2003 was promoted to Group Chief Executive Officer of the Jones Apparel Group Jeanswear Division, which included popular brands Polo Jeans, Gloria Vanderbilt, and L.E.I., totaling over $1.2B in annual sales. On December 31st 2004, Mr. Dabah left Jones Apparel Group to manage family resources and pursue other investment opportunities. Mr. Dabah serves in the Board of Governors of Shenkar College for Design, Art and Fashion and in the Peres Center for Innovation.
Mr. Hajaj was nominated to Deputy CEO, EVP & Head of Global Operations in August 2015. Mr. Hajaj has been serving as Delta Galil’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Market Risk Management since 2004. Prior was the company’s accountant and secretary. Mr. Hajaj has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Jacob Heen joined Delta in 2015 as CFO. Mr. Heen comes with deep financial management experience, having served as CFO of Tnuva Food Industries, Israel’s leading food products group. During his tenure, he was responsible for preparing the company for an IPO and its eventual acquisition. Also, Mr. Heen served as CFO at Cellcom, Israel’s largest telecommunications company. Mr. Heen holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Business Administration, both from Bar-Ilan University.
Mr. Avital joined Delta Galil in 1998 as Deputy IT Manager. In 2008 he was promoted to his current position as IT Manager. Mr. Avital holds a certificate of Practical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Laxer has been serving as Delta Galil’s Accountant and Secretary since 2004 and as Deputy Accountant since 1999 when he joined Delta Galil. Mr. Laxer is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Business Education from the Tel Aviv College of Management.
In the Past worked in HR management at the Strauss Group and her last position was SVP Human Resources at Ness Technologies. Einat is an MBA Graduate from the Ben Gurion University and a certified professional coach.
Inbar Schwartz is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School (Cum Laude). Inbar was granted a Fulbright Fellowship from the US government. She spent eight years as a practicing attorney in Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Debevoise & Plimpton in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. Inbar joined Tene Growth Capital in 2007 as a Senior Vice President where she was responsible for executing transactions, growing companies and exiting companies. Inbar currently sits on the board of Fishman Thermo Technologies.
Iric Browndorf was appointed EVP Global Sourcing & Production for Delta Galil on August 1st, 2016. Mr. Browndorf is a highly experienced apparel sourcing executive with over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Delta Galil, Mr. Browndorf spent 20 years working for the Fung Group, most recently as EVP of Global Sourcing & Manufacturing for the Global Brands Group, where his deep expertise in Global Sourcing, Textiles, Product Development and Supply Chain Management contributed to the growth of the Apparel Division. Earlier in his career with the Fung Group, he held leadership positions for LF USA and Regatta USA. Mr. Browndorf has a BA in Communications from Arizona State University.
Mr. Shimon rejoins Delta after working for the Company for nearly twenty years (1992 – 2011), the last four of which he served as Manager of the Socks and Seamfree business units. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Tefron Ltd., which manufactures intimate apparel globally. Mr. Shimon is a graduate of Haifa University with a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Andreas Lindemann (55) is the new chairman of the Executive Board of Schiesser AG and member of the Delta Galil Executive Board. He will assume responsibility for the areas of product, sales, distribution and marketing. Andreas Lindermann has many years of experience in the industry and worked in various positions within the CALIDA group. From 2003 to 2017, he was the chairman of the CALIDA Brand Management Board. Andreas Lindemann is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Lucerne School of Economics
Anat Bogner was nominated to CEO of Delta Israel after filling in as Acting CEO of Delta Israel from mid-2018 . Anat joined Delta Israel in 2015 as VP Brands. Previously, Anat served in various VP positions in Golf & Co and Ha’mashbir gaining vast experience in managing multiple aspects of large retail organizations and executing on strategic operational and business plans. Anat holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv’s University.
Victoria has over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry. Today, Victoria and is responsible for women’s sleepwear and activewear branded and private label, and intimates branded distribution. Prior to working at Delta Galil, Victoria was the EVP of Sales for Russell Newman and the former President of Bendon North America. Victoria has a B.Sc in Fashion Merchandising Management from FIT.
Ohad Cohn joined Delta Galil Europe in London during 2006 as a Business Unit Director. Following his successes in Europe he was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Auburn-Dominion based in New York, where he lead a turnaround of the business. Before joining Delta, Ohad worked for a decade in various marketing and business development positions in the FMCG industry for leading global conglomerates such as Unilever, Kraft Foods and Daymon Worldwide at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. Ohad earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Regents Business School in London and got his MBA degree from the Manchester Business School. Ohad is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Mrs. Zino joined Delta Galil at 1994 and started as a Development Coordinator for the French and Spanish market, continued as the Sales Director for the European Market, and later appointed as VP of Sales for the Global Upper Market Business Unit. Mrs. Zino has a B.A in Economy and Management from Tel-Hai College.
Mrs. Aviva Ringel re-joined Delta Galil Industries LTD at April 2014 as VP of Sales & Marketing in Seam-Free Division. In 2016 she was promoted to be the Head of Seam-free division with over 30 years of experience in the Textile Industry. Aviva holds a B.A in Economics and Business administration from Derby University.
Gur joined Delta Galil in 1992 as an account manager at the Socks Division. With over 25 years in the Textile industry, Gur heads the Active Division, strategically overseeing all activities related to the business. Creating strategic partnerships with the division’s major customers has been one of his major goals. Gur holds a BA in International Relations and Political science from the Hebrew University. in Jerusalem, and an MBA in International Business from CUNY – the Bernard M. Baruch Business School.
Started his career in 1990 in Laboratoires Garnier, Paris. Between 1994 and 1998, he served L’Oréal Group as Marketing Director then General Manager of their consumer goods division in Russia. He then moved to L’Oréal Denmark in the same position. He joined Groupe Danone’s biscuits & cereal snacks division in 2000 as Marketing Director for Opavia-Lu in the Czech Republic. He was then promoted to the same position in Lu France. In 2004, he left Danone and became Sales & Marketing General Manager for the Triumph International French subsidiary. In 2007, he moved back home to the South of France and was appointed President of the Eminence Group. Dominique is also Vice-President of the French Textile Union and Administrator of the French Fashion Institute (IFM). Graduated from Reims Business School (Neoma) with a Master in Management in 1988.
