The Social Media Manager position will support the Marketing team & spearhead all social media strategy, content management, community management, influencer support, UGC management, and analytics. This is a full time position at our Los Angeles, CA offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop the overarching social media strategy for the 7FAM brand for each campaign, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
Develop strategy for individual social channels and social brand guidelines.
Work with creative team and project management on creating and utilizing content for ongoing social support.
Develop monthly editorial content calendars within the social media tool, planning out campaigns and setting up analytics.
Conduct all community management for the brand (posting, responding and working with customer service to communicate with fans).
Proactive reach out and communicate with brand advocates and fans, building our social channels and encouraging sharing.
Developing the influencer & brand ambassador strategy, creating relationships and seeding/managing the influencer program (managed through a tool).
Contract management and follow up for any big influencer programs.
Utilize the User Generated Content tool to post consumer content to the brand channels and link product accordingly.
Provide social media campaign analytics on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
3 – 5 years of social media experience
Experience working with influencers/bloggers & contract management.
Content management experience with managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
Retail/Wholesale brand experience
Multi-tasker and creative thinker
Great communication skills
