Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment – source/recruit, screen/interview. The position requires considerable interviewing skills with the ability to understand and convey the company’s organizational structure. Maintain current on State and Federal employment laws and trends.
This is a full time positions at our New-York,NY or Secaucus, NJ offices.
Duties and responsibilities:
Partners with leaders across the organization on their hiring needs.
Screen resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments when applicable and delivers employment offer letters.
Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within the industry.
Highly resourceful finding the top talent in the industry. Participates in career fairs, social media and industry networks to attract and identify candidates.
Ensures a good candidate experience as a representative of the company.
Develops and maintains key business relationships with employees and hiring managers to gain in-depth knowledge of the business.
Completes weekly recruiting progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or PHR
Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting required
High volume recruitment experience required
Apparel/fashion industry recruitment experience required
Microsoft Office and social media proficiency required. ADP Workforce Now preferred not required
Professional, relationship/team partner.
