Office Assistant

Delta Socks, is seeking an energetic and proactive Office Assistant who will perform a variety of tasks in order to support the Production Planning Director. The position also includes data entry and reviewing of purchase orders to ensure a smooth flow of information and delivery.
This is a full time position at our Bowling Green, KY office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compiles all Purchase requisitions from data provided by the Production Planning Director

Data entry of all purchase orders

Emailing purchase orders to the correct departments and correct factories

Entry of data for all new items connecting the customer sku with the correct Movex style number

Reviewing all manual customer orders for accuracy

Reviewing the accuracy of all shipping documents from all factories and advises the factories of any discrepancies

Daily office assistance: scanning, faxing, photocopying, filing, errand running, and general office cleaning

Requirements and Qualifications

Strong Excel skills

Strong attention to detail

Reliable

Works well in a team setting

Results oriented
