The Client Services Representative will be responsible for processing all aspects of sales orders, commits and accessory sheets for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail or personally from customer or company employee. This is a full time position at our Williamsport, PA location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manual entry of retail sales orders
Manual entry of production commits
Maintains customer name and address data base.
Act as Liaison between sales team, shipping, picking and production to provide retailer support.
Create pivot tables for EDI received for sales team.
Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specific dates.
Answers questions from sales team on merchandise or directs them to the person that that is able to assist them.
Produces clear and accurate data on accessory sheets.
Specifies if special labeling is required for shipment.
Review of retailers requirements, as related to shipping and order compliance
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school graduate or 2 year college graduate.
3 years customer service job related experience with sales support experience.
Familiarity with the apparel/fashion industry a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications.
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
Excellent telephone skills and MS Office Suite proficiency including Excel
